CASE STUDIES
Arctis Logistics
The client was managing 200+ daily shipments across a network of drivers using shared spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Data was always stale, errors were constant, and the ops team was drowning.
We built a centralised dashboard with live shipment tracking, driver assignment, and exception alerting. The backend syncs every 15 seconds; the UI was designed to be readable at a glance under pressure.
Error rate dropped by 74%. Ops team headcount stayed flat while volume doubled.
Velo Dispatch
Drivers in low-connectivity areas were missing job updates, causing delays and customer complaints. A web app wasn't an option — it had to work on a phone, offline, under harsh conditions.
We built a React Native app with a local SQLite store that queued updates and synced on reconnection. UI was simplified to large tap targets and minimal text for use while on the move.
Missed job rate fell by 60%. App store rating of 4.7 from 200+ driver reviews.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"Skriptside delivered something our previous agency told us would take six months — in six weeks. And it actually worked the way we needed it to, not just the way they decided to build it."
Rohan Mehta
CEO, Arctis Logistics
"They understood the problem before writing a single line of code. That's rare. Most dev shops just start building. These guys asked the right questions first."
Priya Nair
Co-founder, Velo Dispatch
"Clean code, clean communication, on time. We've worked with three other agencies — Skriptside is the only one we'd go back to without hesitation."
Arjun Shetty
Product Lead, Bloom
