We want you to be completely satisfied with Skriptside. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our SaaS subscriptions and professional development services.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced a billing issue, please reach out within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve all valid billing disputes promptly.
